You should keep a diary and see if it could be pulled into a book.

Re: Repairable or totaled

I've contacted my insurance company right away and it's currently in Honda service I'm just kinda curious (it's the first major crash I've been in so I have no idea what could be the outcome) and a bit impatient. Like I said since I didn't cause the accident nothing is paid from my pocket even insu...

Re: Webike Japan and Kitaco returns.

Its because I have an Xmax 300 and am wanting to sell it. What are you getting next? Don't know. Am done with two wheels for now. Good weather has come and I have no inclination to ride at all. Its just easier to jump in the car than faff around with getting all the gear on and off. I was really on...

Get in touch with your insurance ASAP and they will sort out the repair, or replacement, and the claim from the other party.

You should be able to get a replacement vehicle.

Re: can i use 10w-40 JASO engine oil?

I'v been using the 10w30 version of the Castrol Power Racing 4T for 7 years in both engine and final drive (comes out looking like new from the rear, yet on FB tey try and sell people £10 gear oil for these scooters!). As has been mentioned 100's of times - literally - on this forum, it does not ma...

Re: Excessive Wind Noise Help

Thanks - and you're right . Crosswind off the water is prob worse with a windscreen, but in general, it should improve (I hope). I installed the small Givi. Don't like it. Ordered the tall national and it gets here tomorrow - will let you know! Excellent, please do. But don't ignore earplugs even o...

Re: Road Trip

A Honda PCX, either a 125cc or a 150cc, is a great little bike for casual rides and city riding. It is not a freeway/expressway bike. It is too light to handle the fast traffic on open roads. Taking it on back roads, though, is ideal as long as you don't have to ride wide open throttle (wot) all th...

Re: Webike Japan and Kitaco returns.

Hello all, Ok so today I started to fit a 126 cc light bore kit to my 2018 Honda Vision 110 to add to the Kitaco exhaust which I had already fitted about two months ago. Upon removing the exhaust today, I noticed it had snapped off around the weld between the down pipe and the end can. It’s only a ...

Re: Excessive Wind Noise Help

I purchased the extra tall windshield for my 2013 pcx and loved it. I did not get that wind noise, looked a little big but you get used it. other than that, it's a quality product. only thing maybe is that you get a little wind on the back of your neck at higher speeds So I just purchased a used 20...

MrNixdorf, I am a little confused by your picture. In the UK, don't you ride/drive on the left? So who is in the right in that picture? It looks like that car that is heading toward you is on the wrong side. You are allowed to drive on the right if you are from abroad. Its parked.

Re: Exhaust studs stripped

I always use a torque wrench. Last time I tightened the exhaust nuts to the required 29NM one of the studs stripped the thread out of the head. It's now held on with just one stud and nut. I'm going to see if I can Helicoil it, but not sure if there is sufficient room to do so without removing the ...
