1.5 qts. is more than enough to change the oil in the motor AND the rear end. I think the figure is .8 qts. for the motor without opening the screen.

Yeah, if I tucked wit the stock shield I would hit exactly 70. With the NC shield it does 65. The 15's speed limiter is set lower than the '13 so your about right on.
