Re: 2013 PCX fuel door issue!
Sorry to hijack this thread but I'm having the opposite issue. On a US 2017, the door stays closed all of the time and pressing the fuel door button does not open the door. I have to hold the button and use a plastic pry to open the door. I can't imagine the amount of plastics that need to be remove...

Re: rideing the pcx in the rain?
I got the rain-x plastic water repellant. I spray it on my windshield and helmet. Unfortunately I have not tested it enough in the rain to decide if it works or not. I think it works, but not amazingly.. I use the same and the water beads nicely on the visor. If there was something that made the ra...

Re: Tough Right Indicator Switch
I second the silicone spray over WD40. I know what you are talking about when signaling right. For me, I was pushing the switch in slightly which made it tough to signal right. When it happens, try again to signal and be conscious of "not" pushing the switch but rather, move the switch to ...

Please note, I went with shorter (25mm) bolts than the 40mm initially to aid in stability.

Re: LED Daytime Running Lights DRL
Thanks for the great thread with pics! I believe forum owner maddiedog used the same lights in the same location (when he had his 2011 pcx). He liked them too. Is the light on the left flood? Looks it ;) I don't know which is spot and which is flood. I thought the one on the right (viewed from stan...

Re: LED Daytime Running Lights DRL
My first question is, we're those side lights (beside the fender) the ones you had tried to tap into the LED headlights With? The headlights on your model year (2017) are LED so they pull very little current. They either have a resistor or run off of a relay themselves. Where you put the side light...

Looks super, I will be putting on the same lights. Where did you find the accessory hot wore post. :) Take off the windshield, then take off the light cover underneath (front meter panel). The accessory wire is in the loom all the way on the rigth side, same side as the outlet. In has its own loom ...

What is the link/vendor and part number or model number ? Never mind, found them...i mounted some last year that are still going strong, however they are plastic and I want to remount using your location. I also used quick disconnect waterproof plugs so swapping is easy. These are all metal and not...

LED Daytime Running Lights DRL
I finally wired up the lights this past weekend. At first, I tried to use a relay with the Lo beam wire to trigger the relay (white with black stripe). It tested fine for 12v. Checked DRL's and Lo beam and all was working. Put everything back together and rode it. The headlight no longer came on but...
