Just press the Home button on your keyboard ;)

Well, that is simple enough. Thanks.

Re: State of the forum - July 2013!

While I am quite new here, I do have one suggestion. Would it be possible to duplicate the "view new posts" button at the bottom of the page? Clicking on the icon for getting to the last post is a great help, but then you have to scroll up before you can get back to seeing what is new. I a...

Re: Centre stand pivot lube

Ah good :P thank you for this! I'm not needing to do the job yet, but when the time comes and if I have ???, I certainly will ask. After seeing your spring (being the fuss that I am), I probably would change a few rusted parts out as well. But, "you" are gn2 .... I've read, a clean bike n...

Re: Centre stand pivot lube

Thank you for your post. That job seems quite doable, and should probably be done on my new scoot in the near future. It would be far better to avoid the problem than to cope with the problem.

Re: Dog thread!

I don't know as my boy will be scootin' anytime soon. He is a good sized dog at a bit under 60 pounds, but he stands very tall. While he looks (and sounds) terrifying, especially to uniform guys like mailmen and UPS drivers, he is actually pretty timid. Here is Rusty: Rusty.jpg P7060028 (804 x 1072)...

Re: The Extended Warranty Question

Well, ladies and gentlemen, we are now key-carrying member of the PCX club. Pick the new baby up this morning. There was a downpour while we did final paperwork and plating, but the roads dried up pretty well for my ride home. I'm thinking this is going to be a great deal of fun, and my commute home...

Re: Bike Maintenance

I was going to ask about preventative care on that centerstand. From what little I've gone through on this forum, this bit of engineering is the most suspect. Thanks for the tip. And PK - start small. It seems to me that an oil change should be within pretty much everybody's reach. I may have the ma...

Re: The Extended Warranty Question

gn2's idea is great, but I expect that they would decline my offer. My thoughts in favor are that this is a new model scooter and engine, and I don't want to be a part of a first model year design issue. My thoughts against are that the dealer has years of data on repair frequency and costs and warr...

The Extended Warranty Question

I will be picking up my new PCX150 on Monday. During final payment discussions, the offer of the store's extended warranty came up. It adds four years to the standard one year, and seems to cover the obvious major pitfalls. The cost is $480. I went for it, but have the right to decline it when I pic...
