Re: Faulty fuel gauge?
So, I'm being brave and pushing the tank now and I am hitting 200 miles, No idea how much I have left, but by my math it's about 20 miles and I don't want to find out how close I am to empty. Thats still 50 miles after my gauge says I'm empty.

Re: Helmets under seat
I have a Shoei XR-1100 XL and a Givi fullface under my seat.
They are snug but they do fit fine.
Maybe the saddle hinge needs moving a little or something?

Re: Givi Airflow vs Honda Tall Windshield
Thanks, I wish I'd seen this before I ordered the Honda one, I'm making my own lip for it at the moment, but I doubt it will be as good.

Re: Faulty fuel gauge?
So I did some maths Filling from Empty at gauge after having gone 160miles @ 86 mpg (UK) Fuel bought to fill £11 @ £1.30/ltr = 8.33ltr = 1.83 UK Gallons = 2.19 US Gal 1.83gal x 86mpg = 157 miles so mpg meter is pretty accurate. According to Honda Specs, Tank is 3 Gallon (I assume US) this converts t...

Re: Screen comparisons
@BRed
Thank you, That was exactly What I needed. I'll take a front view of mine with the Honda Screen and hold it up against yours.
The Airflow screen looked too ugly.
I have been looking at spoilers, but They are often as expensive as a new screen.

Re: Faulty fuel gauge?
I get that there is a reserve, usually only enough for about 30 miles or so.
You are saying a Gallon?! Thats 1/3 of the tank. and about 70 miles. That doesn't strike you as odd?

Faulty fuel gauge?
Right. From the dealership, rode it about when the needle went into the red, filled her up with 8 ltres of fuel. Second tank Set the trip meter, 165miles later @ 86mpg (UK), Needle is at the bottom of the red. Went to fill her up, 4 litres. Less than half the first fill up. So.. Has the petrol pump ...

Something else to note, the PCX also has that cover mounted bearing, but no strange noises.

I think I'm getting this at 4300rpm, about 35mph, v distracting.
If it is the plastic CVT cover, what should I do to silence it?

Screen comparisons
Hello! I'm tall. I had a PCX and had to change the saddle and add a screen. I traded up to a forza. It's as comfortable as the PCX was after all the mods. but.. I am still finding the tall screen from honda a couple of inches too short. If I hunker down wind noise dissappears. Sitting up and I'm in ...

Re: powerbypcx
One warning on them if you are getting painted bits.
The paint colours are right but the paint is rubbish.
I bought a white panel off them and within a year all the laquer/pearlescence had washed/rotted/ away and it's now just matt white.

Re: Rejecting my PCX125
I have to say, Honda are right. They don't owe you anything. They sell the bike to the dealer, the dealer sell it to you. You need to demand your money back/service/replacement/compensation from the dealer. They can demand it from Honda. You can legally throw it back at the dealer and get your money...

Re: ? top speed pcx 125?
I have an MK1 it did 65 out of the dealership and could hold it all day. I bought an aftermarket variator, it lowered the RPM at the top end. top speed is 75 in perfect conditions, but add a crosswind or head wind (most days) and it hovers around 70. Hit a Hill and you are back down to 65. I've now ...

With an automatic there is not much you can do in the mountains. Try and engage the engine by accelerating out of the hairpins and backing off to let the engine braking work.

Re: Any reviews on POWER BY PCX store, do they ship to USA ?
I ordered a seat, very good.
I also ordered panels...Not so good.
They looked great for about 6 months, but the laquer has rotted away/dissolved. Now you can clearly see the difference between the honda ones and he powerbypcx ones.
