I fitted a Puig windshield and am very happy with it. No regrets.

11.5g and a 1mm spacer did the trick for my PCX150.
I don't know what mass to recommend for a PCX125.

You put the spacer between the boss and the outer pulley. This has the same effect as having a longe...

Re: new or old?
I bought my PCX150 new from Cayenne last year for R19900 and I also prefer the look over the 2014 (not that the looks matter).
Do a good search for a dealer that will sell you a new one for a good price. You might also get lucky.
The 2nd hand one should be fine but I would want to pay less for it.

I thought the scoop did the trick.
Why do you want to transfer load from the fan to the alternator and conversion losses to electricity and back?

140/70-14 is the biggest that will fit on the rear and it will increase your top speed by 3%.
Dasshreddar has stated that it improves handling and comfort.

Re: Maddiedog's 170cc PCX
The Kitaco gear will increase your gearing by 3.9%. If you have a v1 PCX, you might want to consider also replacing one of the other gears (see below) with a stock gear from an esp model which will give you another 6.8% increase in gearing. That is a total of about 11% increase which would be much m...

Re: Has anyone thought of increasing engine to 175cc?
I have thought about it but probably wont do it myself. But, if I wanted more power, I would certainly do an engine upgr...

With gates on the powerlink belts SB stands for scooter belt. I was under the impression that all powerlink belts are for scooters. I thought SB perhaps stood for "standard belt" because you also get a "premium" version of powerlink belts. What is the outside circumference of th...
