20 degrees is usually my limit, and I DO wear leather mittens! I put a hand warmer packet in each mitten on the back side of my hands and it works fine.

Some people here have over 20,000 miles on their PCXs. Most used scoots I see at dealerships are just over $2000, so $1500 from a private seller seems about right, especially if the person just doesn't want it anymore.
