Re: Scootin' in an Amish Paradise

Nice country. Names are important--think how different your life would have been if your parents had named you Napoleon. or Archimedes, or even something as lusterless as Adolph. Names of towns are important too.I was born in Chicago and this fact has marked my psyche. I feel differently about myse...

Re: A couple of really odd questions...

What wattage are the lights? W=VA so if your supply is 12vdc 1A the leds should at max be 12W's (and a small supply like that may not last long if run near or just above the rating - it may be amp limited but may just give up). Electrical mumbo-jumbo. If I knew any of those things, or knew where to...

Re: A couple of really odd questions...

Re: hauling bat(s)? My very first thought being tossed out: A large poster tube? Would that house it? That might just work. The question is, how would one attach it to Natasha? The reason I ask this is, a few days ago I had to drive to work. Raining like the dickens. Left my bumbershoot in class, a...

Re: A couple of really odd questions...

Okay, who's going to buy the small battery for me? They start somewhere around $70 US.

These power converters are all free. Like I said, I have about 20 of them laying around.

If they convert 110v AC to 12v DC, why wouldn't they work?

Re: How many nations (countries) are represented by riders h

I do not have a PCX unfortunately. I do however have a 2015 Honda Air Blade that I just posted here . It shares the exact same motor assembly as the PCX 125. I figured id join since this is the only english speaking forum I could find even remotely relevant to my bike/needs. I'll be looking into do...

A couple of really odd questions...

Both are related to Natasha, and I thought I'd float them before the denizens of the forum... First. I have been approached by an old friend of mine (yes, we're both old, and we've been friends for half our lives) to join his local rec-league softball team. Seems they now have a "Senior Divisio...

You guys do realize you can customize your icon, and don't have to use the red teardrop.

This is great!

Re: how is your scooter doing in this heat?

Down here in Eastern-central Georgia, it's been averaging 95-98 degrees F (that's 35-37 C for you metric folks, and 308-310 Kelvin for you astronomers) with "heat index" readings up to 112 degrees F, ( 44C, 318K) (With the occasional afternoon thundershower.) Those of you from the Southeas...

Re: Small lights either side of the 2015 LED headlight unit

Could you please post an annotated diagram or photo so we can see what it is you're referring to?

I have a 2013, and I just can't picture what your headlight assembly looks like. There are '15 owners here though. If they could see what you mean, they likely can help.

Wow... I had no idea this thing would take off like it has. I should have posted instructions on how to add one's self, but I'm glad that Blazinby did. Thank you. Maybe we can get a "sticky" on this, and possibly WhiteNoise can add it to his signature... Another possibility is that t...

Re: New PCX150 owner......love it...but need info please

Personally, I can't recommend National Cycle windscreens enough. They're polycarbonate, install in about 10 minutes, and aren't as expensive as Givi or Puig if you shop around a bit. Welcome aboard, and please, by all means, post a photo-log thread of the modifications you make. One never knows who ...

Just wanted to post a heads-up to the moderators and forum owner. From July 7 until yesterday, I have received 121 spam emails from dating sites, "hookup" sites, and porn via my email address. This is the only website to which I belong that has this email address. I have used it nowhere e...
