Re: pcx 2015 Oil leak?

Are you sure while checking the oil level a little bit of oil didn't escape from the stick and run down the out side of the case and then drip on the floor .

Re: Oil type...

I'm sure some of you already know this , but strangely , Amsoil does not make an MB spec oil---for those who like to abide buy the manual lube specs. This is per Amsoil corporate in Wisconsin .

Re: Okay to run Premium gas in PCX150

OriginalRockets last paragraph and let's not forget the engines compression ratio . But , if you wish to run higher octane , go for it . The manual advises at least 86 octane , but folks do not seem to follow the manual's ( Honda engineers) advisements anyway on this forum ?.....regarding fluids tha...

Re: Pizza Delivery PCX 150

Here are some pics of how they do it in Bangkok, Thailand. The boxes are simply strapped to the bike with a bungie chord. I also posted a couple of pics of Jim's setup (Steph's husband). I saw a picture somewhere on here where it showed that the box appeared to be a square cube (like a milk crate) ...

Re: headlight upgrade

HID'S have a warmup period I believe and consume more power ? , try the Denali's or something similar .
60 mph is 60 mph , if YOU believe more output is needed , go for it!.

Is the 10w 40 also good for ambient Temps in the mid 30ish F range.

Re: Rotella t 5 oil

I'm not arguing , but if the MB rating doesn't matter , then why did Honda engineers advise of its use in the pcx 150 engine and final drive / tranny . Just curious.

Great video and informative !.
Six point 24 mm socket would probably be best for that torque spec.

Re: Final Drive oil change??

I suppose the fluid issue is my question. Honda corporate says to put HP4M 10W30 in the final drive as well . I'm not changing the final drive fluid just want to have what the engineers recommend on hand / available and it isn't in any Honda dealership around here (HP4M 10W30). They do have the HP4M...

Re: Final Drive oil change??

Does anyone else's Honda dealer not stock HP4M in 10w30 ?. I went to buy some today and found they only carry the HP4M in 10w 40 , that grade would be ok for the engine I suppose (here in Ohio the Temps are dropping , 40 is to 50 deg. during the day and mid 30s at night). The final drive / tranny, o...

I'm new here , but is there a throttle position sensor somewhere ? Or perhaps a clogged injector or fuel filter....pressure can play tricks at times.

Check tractor supply , they should sell a metal squirt can that has an adjustable metal neck with a pin point nozzle end for fine lube ability.
