Re: 2017 Forza 125 with a 300cc 2019 engine

the 49cc guys are always doing silly upgrades with bigger cylinder heads . I bet none of them tell their insurance companies and probably don't have a valid drivers license to ride the bigger more powerful scooter.

Re: Forza 125 Fork service -oil capacity

when I bought my wrecked 2014 Honda Forza 300 it had no oil in the forks. I suspect it came from the factory that way and caused the wreck. the forks would bottom out on a 1 inch bump. It was terrible, I had new oil put in and then road it 100,000 miles. It made a huge difference having oil.

Re: Fuel pump recall woes

Years ago I took my 2014 Forza in for a brake recall. or was it a fuel pump recall, longtime ago, Pre major brain damage time. It took many hours for the work to be done. The actual recall work was done quickly but the repair to the plastic panels took several hours for the glue to dry. One panel wa...

Re: checking brake wear

i have 180,000 km on my Forza. The only reliable method of checking the brakes I have found is to remove the muffler and remove the caliper. This is stupid I agree. Some say they can see the pads on the bike but my eyesight has never been good enough.

take off the fuel cap, turn the scooter on its side or upside down.

there is probably a better way, the above is simple

Very strange. What do you weigh? The Michelin tire is good.

Re: Time for a New Tire?

I have now tried out the Kenda. It is holding air except I should have put 0ne more psi in it. My FOBO bluetooth tire pressure monitor system is complaining of a low tire when it gets cold. It is hard for me to get the right amount of air in. My old fingers have trouble unscrewing the tire pump, I l...

Re: Is the Michelin City Grip 2 a good choice of tyres for a PCX 150?

My Michelin City Grip 2 lasted 13,808 km or about 8600 miles on my fat pig 2014 Honda Forza almost 300. It wore evenly. I suspect you had way too much air in the rear tire. 33psi should be max air. Check your manual for the PCX Scooter tires are hard to get in Canada. Fort Nine will mail me tires. T...

Re: Drive belt service and …..

I have had belts with chunks missing that worked fine. Honda says replace the belt every 16,000 miles 25,600 km. I have pulled out 16,000 mile belts that looked identical to new belt I put back in. You are probably American and I bet your belt is probably the original factory belt. I just ride too m...

Re: Drive belt service and …..

I have over 100,000 miles on my Forza almost 300 and I have never replaced the rollers. I have never replaced the clutch pads. none of the belts last any better than the Honda stock belts My Forza mostly works until it don't. I have snapped a few belts. I need to replace them when Honda says so, but...

ah the joys of being death, all sounds good to me. I need a hearing person to drive my truck, I am sure it sounds awful. my scooter probably sounds worse. The lady said she wanted to sleep with me, I did not hear a word of it.

Re: Time for a New Tire?

two of my neighbours are retired mechanics. They took pity on me and mounted my Kenda tire to my Forza rear wheel. I had scratched up the wheel so much that I did not expect the tire to hold air. We put air in the tire and I put some soapy watch on the bead. Last time I had major bubbles. This time ...

Re: 350 Forza Newbie -Hello

don't know. My almost 300 cc 2014 has over 100,00 miles on the rear clutch and original pads. I probably need new ones but it mostly still works, a little jerky at times. I recently had a flat tire and the Kenda tire has been a bitch to get on the rear wheel. The first nine tires were easier. I like...
