Nutso. In FL it is cut and dry- based on engine cc. Anything over 50cc is legally termed a motorcycle and is treated as such. Even so, other things here are not clear and clumsy at times like your experience.

I have to replace my seat. It is painful to ride for the 20 minute commute. I am looking for something similar in design to the original seat but without the hump. Any suggestions? Thank you.
