So Honda ditched the hump!
Your scoot looks great - I would love to see what LED headlights would do.
Congrats on the new wheels.

Re: Fuel cap hassle
Mine is troublesome as well - 2013 150. I push the button and not much happens. I need to fiddle with the cover, trying to get some purchase to get it started. I might just glue a bit of a knob on so I have something to hold on to. Nothing will happen soon, though - WAY to cold (and too much road sa...

Re: Redlights and small scooters
Interesting trick - I might give it a try when the weather breaks. I do have one light that I hit on not rare occasion that has been problematic.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I just added the non-illuminated version to my PCX. The clock face is not very big, but I think it will do the job just fine.
Picture could be more crisp, but hand-holding at 1/4 sec is dicey even with stabilization. The flash attempt was not at all good.

Re: practical solution
Actually, it looks like a lovely place to work - effectively no tool clutter, nice light, and man, that wood-stove looks real cozy right now. It is 14F with 5-9 inches of snow predicted for the evening. My wife would probably be more or less OK with it if I was able to assure her that the job would ...

I wouldn't be too apologetic - I have not gone back to read all the posts ever made on the site. I would not have seen this if it had not been for your link.

YEA Logepoge! Your Mom is just being a Mom. She undoubtedly wants to help you take care of your investment, but also doesn't want the house to be in danger. She may have a bit of a point, however. If ever there was a fire and the insurance company figured out there was gasoline stored inside, things...

Well, I'm an old DOS/Windows PC kind of guy. I did, however, find https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/auto-resize-free/id641931767 It appears to do what needs to be done, and the price seems to be right. Good luck - I expect with some searching, you will find something for the job if this one doesn't wo...

Crude but effective...
Optimate ring adapter that came with charger.
The door is flexible enough so that there is no strain on anything. I think it will work for me.

Oh well... maybe at least get some kind of cover. The Walmart one is somewhat cheesy, but better than nothing I would think.

I'm assuming that they won't move it until you get back. Innocently ask "Do you actually smell any gas?" when next you arrive and hope for the best. Inside storage would be absolutely deluxe, even if the compromise sent your baby to the basement.

WhiteNoise - If you are having issues with pic size and are running a Windows environment, download pixresizer (http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm). Easy to use, does a nice job, and the price is right. I'm working on getting the antlers on Rusty for a photo shoot, but I'm not sure that I want ...

Well that stinks pretty badly. Sorry. We lost our pointer-foxhound at only 9 years (we got here when she was maybe two) due to bladder cancer, and it was so sad watching her go. Throwing money at some medications gave us another six months or so, but the end, even though expected, sucked. We had our...

I don't think that we Americans EVER actually get yams. Yams run 2 to 10 kg and are kinda starchy. We eat a bunch of kinds of sweet potatoes that are often called yams in the supermarkets. Whitenoise - if you are asked next year, try this: roast (or peel then steam up) a couple of pounds of sweet po...

Re: So what its the trick to getting the battery door open?
Thanks! Got it open and can now install battery charging wires that I am sure to need over the next few months. I would prefer to do the task when the weather is above freezing. My experience with this sort of clip is that you push it to make it flush and the wings separate and retain the parts. A t...

So what its the trick to getting the battery door open?
I can see the nice little retaining plug with its locking button pushed nice and flush. From working on trim on the car, I know how these things work (or at least think I do). How do I get that plug out without trashing the retaining plug?

Re: London on a PCX (video)
If you tried that in Boston, someone would "accidently" get in your way, or even door you. Hell - they do it to bicycles on occasion. Riding like that is absolutely illegal here, and the city driving mentality really resents anybody getting getting a "better deal". I don't have t...

If the Scoot House puts up with the snow half as well as Rhino, I'll be thrilled. This was decidedly NOT scooter weather.
