Re: hi, was informed of this forum by gn2

I've got a K&N filter and to be honest i would'nt advise you get one. Put the money you would of spent on one on a new panel instead. By the way, welcome to the forum.

Yes, day and night. I start work at 3am when it's dark, cold, damp and every breath fogged my old visor, but the pin-lock visor has put an end to that.

I've had a K&N filter installed for about six weeks and have not noticed any improvement at all. :(

Re: Pinlock or Fogcity

I've got pin-lock on my helmet and it works great. After a couple of minutes riding i don't notice that there's another screen to look through and i don't notice any distortion at any time. Overall it works and i would recomend it.

Re: Michelin tyres

The tyres got their first real test yesterday, very wet, very windy and a rider in a hurry, they passed with top marks. After the first few bends in the road i was so confident in the grip i just opened the throttle and went for it. I would never ridden as fast in the wet on the stock tyres. I rode ...

Re: Michelin tyres

I bought my tyres from a place called Bromley Tyres in Warrington, the front was £55 and the rear £57.50, i would advise you ring your local
motorcycle tyre dealers and they should be able to get them for you. They don't seem to be available on line yet so try your local dealers.

Re: Variators for increased speed,

I've found by adding a short givi screen has given a marked improvement, i don't go any faster but i seem to get up to speed quicker and stay there easier. I went for a ride yesterday and coming home i was against a head wind and the speedo was at 65mph, so actual speed was probably 60mph, with the ...
