Starting
My father in law owned this scooter. He has oassed away. I cant get the little metal door to rotate out of the way using the gizmo on the key itself. Once thst is done how do u start it. The owners manuel is under the seat. 🤣😪and online videos did not show the first step. Thank you for any info. Chris
