Android or iOS ?
Thanks for all the comments guys. I finally got around to cancelling the contract on my current phone so I've got 30 days to make my mind up. Lots of food for thought but I'm tending towards the iPhone 4s. I like apple devices. They may be a bit limited sometimes but they seem to do 'what it says o...

The Samsung nexus got the best marks on the gadget show tonight but it's running the new android os. If a contract is for 2 years then is better getting something that's you won't want rid of in a few months.

I have an IPad as well so it has the advantage of being able to sync over iCloud between the phone and pad. Eg. If you buy an app or music on one device it automatically syncs to the other so it's quite useful. Apart from that the iPhone is a great phone.

Android or iOS ?
I had a Symbian Nokia E72 before and wasn't very impressed. I don't think it was the OS but the phone was pretty crap. Froze up and crashed all the time. I got a HTC wildfire after that which is a reasonably cheap android but I found its a bit slow but is reliable. The thing I like about apple stuff...

If its started and stopped a few times without warming it up it may get gassed up. Basically it's flooded by to much fuel sitting in the combustion chamber, giving the spluttering when you started it.

This is my car for when I don't use the PCX. I have have it for nearly 6 years and it has been bulletproof so far. it has just clocked over the 100,000 miles last week and is still going strong. The picture is a bit blurry as i took it through the window of the local chippy one night as i was waitin...

Support you get what you pay for but if it's sold as a charger then it's got to be better then nothing. Google it and see if there any reviews.

Variators for increased speed,
Every forum, article, etc. has bias depending on context... Since the other forum is run by a bunch of gearheads that sell performance parts, they'll naturally be pitching and supporting higher speeds. A lot of what was said there was exaggeration, and anything that didn't support the products sold...

I contacted Michelin and got this reply. "We would advise that the Michelin City Grip is a current tyre within our range, we therefore recommend contacting the Michelin Two Wheel Team on telephone number 0845 366 1550 for information on a local stockist in your area. " Hope this is a help ...

Looks good for DIY. what I find is that if you want anything extra to put in the box. Eg. A hammer etc. it won't fit as there is no space.

Variators for increased speed,
[quote="maddiedog"]That's a lot of miles, but I do well over twice that per month. :P The PCX is an economy-focused scooter. This is the reason I got it. Spending a fortune on "tuning" parts defeats the idea of cheap commuting for me. I might get a screen though , but I cannot ju...

The tyres must be easy to get hold of for the tyre shops. I phoned on monday and then again on tuesday, because of members comments, and the shop had got them in tuesday morning and i had them fitted on thursday. Ive done just over thirty miles on them up to now and i really like them, the grip is ...

Looks nice. Tdi's go well with good fuel economy. I haven't driven one with a slush box thought, only manuals. I take it you haven't used Cis insurance then.
