Just did this job and can confirm that on my newer 2016 model there are some slight changes (plastic pat tabs, the actual adjuster is moved to a slightly easier location albeit still under the fairing.) My thanks to the OP for his guide as it did prove very helpful!

Glad I've got my 2016 Forza. She's a keeper!

With the right riding gear I have no problem riding all the way down to just above freezing. When there is ice on the ground I call it quits!

I got this Honda part number 83590-K04-932 from a previous post. It is for the damper used in later models of the Forza that do not have this problem. I have not gone through the trouble of replacing mine so I can't attest to the results but the other poster said that it is a direct fit and solved ...
