Best mobile phone holder for a PCX?

Just got my Red Espresso, and she needs a mobile phone holder.

Can you recommend a brand that can be bought in Vietnam?

Needs to be strong, durable, and handle bumps with no issues.

Good day PCX riders - and a wrm greeting to you.

I recently bought my second PCX - a beautiful '012 red 125cc Fi. Everything is clean. The seat clasp needs minor adjustments (WD40 works for a day or two). And as she's my gal I want to send her in for an executive wash. She shines already, but I want her to get the deep, sudsy massage. Changed the ...

Here she is - traded her in for an older Suzuki I had.

Winner winner chicken dinner.

Still not sure how to post pictures here.

My new wheels - SYM Attila 125cc

So - moved town, and bought a cheapy for the short term. Cost me $172. She's a SYM Attila 125cc - not the prettiest of bikes, but she runs well, and gets me from A to B. Suggestions for pimping her performance please. I've changed the oil, put air in the tyres and put a new air filter in today. She ...

Re: Improving PCX rear drum brake

With a combination of front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, and the correct use of feathering them, I have zero issues with the braking system.

By the way, for a single rider doing mostly local riding, I highly recommend the PCX 150.
I highly recommend the PCX150 for improving one's life quality. I get pure joy every time I'm on mine. Or even looking at it. Truly a special piece of machinery.

Good bye to the Golden Gal

Time to hand back the keys to the rotter who was renting her to me. Great bike, minimal issues, miles of smiles.

Will be getting another PCX in the near future.

Took her to the lake for a ride today. My oh my is she pretty.. ;)

Re: Scooter Decision -2016 Honda PCX OR 2008 Suzuki Burgman

It's a shame because the fuel economy was excellent, handling was great (although the suspension could have been a bit better), the power was ample for what it was designed for, under seat storage was generous, and it just plain looked good too! :D Indeed they are beautiful beasts - I'm giving up m...

Re: A gentle morning ride to Lak Lake, Vietnam

Great photos! Good phone - or good camera? Keep them coming, please. Fish Thanks! It's a budget phone - Redmi 8, cost US$130, but does the job ( https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_redmi_8-9800.php ) Next trip I plan is to Dalat, about 5 hours on the bike, with a big elevation gain - up into the mounta...

A gentle morning ride to Lak Lake, Vietnam

Although the Golden Gal needs a service I trust her enough to get me around reliably. Today is my day off, so I thought it prudent to get in a decent ride before the rainy season hits (when scooting becomes a lot less fun). Headed out at 6am for Lak Lake - biggest natural freshwater lake in the prov...

Re: Stop/brake light not working 2013 PCX

I noticed today that my brake light is not functioning - I generally have a look around to check all lights are functioning as they should every other day or so. Replaced switches about a month ago. I get the feeling it's a fuse or a loose connection somewhere (lots of bumpy roads in Vietnam). Off t...

Re: Scooting around the Highlands of Vietnam - Picture Threa

I feel sorry for the ducks...not a very humane ,method of transport. Agreed, I reckon the last few hours of their lives are not too pleasant. However I worked in broiler houses in Israel and their lives are misery from Day 1 until the chopping block. The agony that they went through - growing too f...

Re: Scooting around the Highlands of Vietnam - Picture Threa

Cool photos. Thanks! What city are we looking at? Is the large thatched hut a tourist attraction..... a Montagnard communal house? Are the 'Yards still living in the highlands - or have the Vietnamese done something else with them? Fish The city would be Buôn Ma Thuột - I believe it was quite an im...
