Re: Battery charging - a few questions
yeah I was reading about that, I was quite tempted to look further into doing that myself ..... until today The battery will be fine till you break it. Only charger it needs is in the scooter already. There's a reason they're described as "maintenance free" seems this is the case!! my 2018...

Re: How to reduce your coronavirus infection risk
:( well for about a year my wife and I have been having shopping DELIVERIES I used to actually enjoy spending a couple of hours at the supermaket before COVID, but now that no longer happens, a van turns up outside our house instead :x yes it probably does reduce the risk but in the old days I would...

Re: Tinted Visors
my helmet has a built in sun visor that I can slide down, just like a fighter pilot helmet yeah , mine too since I got a new crash helmet in 2018, trouble was that the shop did not tell me :x that there was a button on the outside of the helmet that lowers the sun visor, so for the first year I was...

Re: Pizza run, bad drivers and other stuff.
hey Paul you have a very nice commenting voice, I like that, you could be a DJ on the radio, your voice is plreasant to listen to, only thing was the video kept jumping sections, not sure why, this spoilt the overall effect slightly and part of your suit obscured the camera, good effort though and g...

Re: I Biffed It Today. Glad I Got That Out of the Way
sorry to hear about your pothole Calculon, I had the same but in my CAR last year, wrecked my rear shock absorbers, cost me a lot The bad thing about this whole deal is that the Forza is meant to run on REGULAR gas. Read your manual. RON 91 is the same as 87 (R+M)/2 which is what is on the pumps in ...

Re: Security
for the first year that I was driving my Forza to work (6 miles each way) I used the combination lock supplied by the garage that sold me the bike. My Forza 300 has an infra red locking system, keyless ,similar to most cars have using a remote fob. I found this hilarious at first as I much preferred...

the time came when you found PCX or Forza! GREAT! but did you have a previous life before you came to PCX or Forza?
I did! I now ride a Honda Forza 300 and love it, but traded in my Yamaha Virago that I had ridden over 10 years before that

Re: Rain Gear
whatever gear you choose must protect you in a crash whether its a sunny day, an icy day, a windy day, no matter what, what is going to save you from a broken knee or smashed elbow? rain gear sounds thin to me, its not going to be enough to save you if you fall off your bike so rain gear must also b...

do you go running?
I finally found a proper plan from the NHS and am now following it, I was trying to go running by just going to the local park and doing a few laps of running, of course my lower legs turned to stone and I was doing it wrong as I hadnt found the NHS "week by week" guide which is brilliant....

Re: How Cold Will You Go?
salsa how is your husband getting on? that was bad! that reminds me of when I went over on an icy day last year I was driving along on my Virago last winter when I saw that the road ahead had a puddle of water right across the road , going on the principle, drive straight through and you'll be good,...
