Re: 2019 model - Buzzing - ABS?
As my last (thankfully some say) comment on this, no one is blubbing, there is no fuss. A new owner is raising a concern that he wants advice about. I thought that this forum is about helping other members, not denigrating their concerns. However,if people have never been in need of help or advice bec...

Re: PCX 150 engine suddenly stalls and will not turn over.
It sounds like your battery is recovering enough to start the engine. I would get your mechanic to check the charging system and battery. I would suggest your battery is being depleted, then your engine will cut out, wait a while, then it recovers sufficiently to start.

Have you got a 2019 PCX 125 or heard it?
The only car manufacturer that would have had a check this loud would have been Ford with their model T

Re: Where did my oil go?
The official Honda method is to run the engine for at least 3 minutes, then let it sit for 4. Checking mine after 600 mile service my usual way, cold engine, flat surface it was about 1/8 inch over full. Tried it their way, spot on. Must be to do with the tiny amount of oiil I suppose, but it seems count...

Tread depth
Hi, anyone with an idea of the tread depth of a new tyre? I have Michelin City Grips on my new model PCX. Trying to gauge how much wear has taken place. The wear markers are no where near to showing, but the tread depth is between 4-5 mm after 1700 miles. Cars are 6-8 mm when new, can’t find anything ...

Re: Body kit
eBay have some quite often, otherwise it’s a case of searching the net. Make sure what you buy will fit your Dad’s year of bike. Foreign sites are Partzilla and PowerbyPCX. Sometimes even with shipping and customs they are much much cheaper than Honda dealers

Re: Fuel economy drop after changing rear tyre
Think this is the second problem reported after tyre change on rear wheel, it's possible that the hub nut has been incorrectly torqued.
Was it a dealer or tyre place? Have you noticed any change in performance?
I would take it back and tell them that you have noticed the extra resistance.

Re: Need help picking lock for 2018 PCX 125
The holes in the disc are only 6mm,but you could put bigger disc locks through the spokes, depends a lot on where you are leaving your bike and where you live.
I bought a Xena XZZ6L that fits the disc, plus a u lock for the back wheel, but I don’t live in a very high risk area.

Re: Hazard lights won't switch off
Hazard lights in the UK refer to lights you put on in an emergency, ie all 4 indicator lights flashing,I think you are referring to daylight running lights

Re: Hazard lights won't switch off
I take it they go off when the ignition is off? If they do,my guess is you have a switch fault, I would call Hondacare and get it back to your dealer under warranty.

Re: Pcx 125 abs
Had mine nearly three months now and found the following, speedo= 70mph/gps=65mph, to get to the top speed you need any of these in your favour, either down hill, following wind, long road etc. I find that as stated,in town and country lanes it keeps up easily with traffic, its acceleration from traffic...

Re: Speedometer accuracy USA v Europe
Maybe the laws regarding speedometers are different in the US from Europe and the manufacturers adapt to suit. I can't tell the difference between 60 mph and 65 mph for instance,so it makes little or no difference to my enjoyment of the bike, just interested why,in the age of digital speedometers, th...

Speedometer accuracy USA v Europe
I have often been surprised by the top speed of the US market PCX 150 being quoted as 60mph. Does the US have more stringent laws regarding speedo accuracy? It appears in Europe speedo inaccuracy is “tolerated” as long as the speed shown is over the real speed, but not more than 10%. My 2018 125 is o...
