Follow up, pulled the trigger not on a PCX but instead a 2012 elite 110. Paid 1200 with 7k miles. Has a small crack in fairing and scratches on both sides. Overall condition is fair. Got a friends jeep to put in the back and brought it home tonight

If you are going to get a hitch, you might consider investing in a carrier. The cost will be only a bit more than a trailer rental, and you will have it later should you need to bring the scoot to a shop.
