You can reuse it but it (or a new one) needs a dab of silicone gasket sealer at a specific location ...... see the maintenance manual or videos. Don't over tighten the little nuts.

Just make sure that when beginning to insert the new plug to use your fingers to get the thread started - don't use any sort of wrench until it's threaded in and seated. This avoids cross-threading.

If you don’t have an electric drill it means your tools are relatively sparse. Take it to a body shop or an auto repair place and they can have it out in 30 seconds with an EZ out tool. I'd suspect a blown head gasket. Don't ride it. Call the dealer and describe the symptoms as you did in you post. They need to pick it up & replace, I'd demand a new scoot.
