Re: Can't Translate But Get the Message!
If the seat is more comfortable then that would be a huge plus!I kept getting a "PCX+" vibe off it, like it was just the new PCX with a 300 and a power screen

Re: Can't Translate But Get the Message!
It's nice but dont like the shorter wheelbase or taller seat, the rear shocks look somewhat 'spindly' too. The rear shocks look progressive. . .not air type though from what I can see. . .no reservoir. That said they may do the job but will have to check more reviews when U.S. version is available....

Can't Translate But Get the Message!
Saw this recent video for the 2018 Forza 300 and figured I'd post it. Looks like a nice machine. I don't know what the presenters are saying but I get the message.

Re: Fuel consumption
Yeah. . .they had a couple of pages of stuff. My first bike was a Suzuki TC 90. . .always had good luck with them. . .except for the X6 Hustler that was stolen out of my parents driveway back in the early '70s. For a 250 it could fly though. . .. It was just like the one in this video. That said sti...

Re: New Forza 300 article from Motorcycle .com
Anyone heard any more news about if/when the new Forza will be on dealer showrooms in the U.S.?
Obviously it looks like it will be a 2019 here. . ..
Also, I wonder what the load carrying capacity will be on it. It would be good to know when you need to carry a pillion.

Re: When the fuel gauge starts to blink..
Oh yes. . .that too. . .good point! The gas gauge is there for decoration. Rely on the trip odometer.
That said I found the gas gauge on my PCX is fairly accurate. When it gets about half way it does only take about a gallon plus or minus a few drops to refill it.

You've already been down that road then. . ..
Figured I'd mention the Suzuki accessories listing just in case.

Re: When the fuel gauge starts to blink..
It's no fun running out of gas is it? Sort of like that feeling when you can't find your keys. . .. Years ago I actually did run out of gas in an old VW Beetle. It was on a Sunday. . .I was returning from a great weekend journey. . .every gas station I passed was closed. . .and my mantra was "P...

Re: It's a Full Moon - Brain Activity Reaching Critical Mass
And once again we approach another Full Moon. I took my Suzuki Bandit out for a 40 mile loop tonight after adjusting the chain. Just wanted a nice casual ride. . .nothing stressful. Was getting some use out of my flip down sun screen on my SyMax III helmet as the sun lowered on the horizon wi...

Re: Fuel consumption
A top case would give a pillion something to rest back on. . .or feel more "with the bike" under acceleration. Suzuki has accessories on their website for it. . .a bit pricey perhaps but they do exist. Regular hand rails I didn't see. But the top case carrier seems to install where grab ra...

Re: Fuel consumption
92.9?
Most excellent for a 650.
My KLR never got anything like that. . .I usually figure around 50ish to 60ish MPG with that one.
It was your SV right?
About as close to a "Perfect Bike" as you are going to get. . .for what it is. . .as they say.

Re: Let's Show "Celebrities" on Bikes n Scoots
OOOooooppppsssss. . .. What. . .no sequel? Ever? It's possible he ("Jimmy", played by Phil Daniels) got off just before the cliff. . .I only saw the "scoot" take the dive and hit the rocks. Well. . .it's a bit late now for a sequel considering. . .but one hell of a great m...

Any particular brand on the top box rack? Was it easy to install?
You'll appreciate the ease of use and economy with it.

Re: Lights Went Dim on KLR 650
Why not get off the internet for possible problems and just clean up some connections. You might stumble across the real problem. Then you can post that. In detail Just found 3 excellent videos specifically on KLR charging system rework and testing. I know what I need to do now at the key points. H...
