Brake Pad Mileage

Hi All

Its been a while

I've not done as many miles as i thought for near 1st year of ownership

4000 mile service is coming up and just wondered about front brake pads. How many miles have you guys/gals been getting out of them?

Cheers

Re: Idle Stop

I never use it. Tried a few times but in constant stop/start traffic it was a pain.

Rather they drop that feature and installed rear disc brakes instead.

Been using Morrison for all my scoots/motorbike and car.
Pay at pump means no faffing taking helmet off or leaving scoot un attended. Too,risky these days in London. Plus Morrison points will soon add up

I won't be bothering with the idle stop. I'm getting 133 mpg so whats the point only on a 125 8) Now if only you could get your fuel prices down to around $2.30 per gallon. Imagine, it would be cheaper than a donkey to get across the countryside  Unleaded petrol currently costs around £1.18 a ...

Re: New Owner

I timed it just right.

Just got the 2017 with all of the above plus you can now carry 10kg in the under seat storage, I'm sure it was only 5kg before and just before the price went up by £100
