Re: Windshield extension

I also have the Laminar Lip on my Majesty scooter. It is an improvement but not as effective as the Givi shield. The Give does however have flexing problems and adds to control problems in high winds. I change to the Givi for the winter but then change back in the spring. I would be concerned about ...

Re: How Much is the Forza insurance cost for per year?

I have my renewal notice in front of me. $218/yr for full coverage on my Harley Sportster & $35/yr for just the liability part on my Yamaha Majesty. That's in the Demokratik Peoples Republik of Kalifornia with no claims against me in 63 years of riding.

Re: Centre stand

Smaller guys like me (140 pounds) need to give it a little pull ,using the passenger hand rail, while putting my weight on the stand. Never had any problem though. Getting off is easy, i just sit on the scoot and lunges it forward with a little leg push help. No room or uphill? Use the side stand. ...

Re: Gas Mileage

A gas can of any size UNDER the seat creates the possibility of FUMES near the engine. That's why I carry the can EXTERNALLY. I carry the 8 oz can on my Majesty & the 16oz can in a pocket in the rear of my saddlebags on my Harley. I've been doing something like that for almost thirty years. I st...

Re: Gas Mileage

Getting a bike on the center stand is not a matter of effort but technique. Have the dealer show you how. My Majesty scooter is much heavier & very easy WHEN you know how. Over the years I have obtained several different sizes of fuel cans. I don't like to carry a lot of gas & have downsized...

Re: air filter on Forza.

Good. That looks MUCH easier than the two air filters on my Majesty. I am considering getting a new scooter & that was one of my concerns.

Re: Top speed?

I currently have a 2005 Yamaha Majesty (Only 91,000 miles so far but with a big stack of repair bills to show for it.) & a Harley Sportster. In my old age after 62 years of riding I have been thinking it may be time to downgrade. (I dropped the Harley at slow speed last April, took off a big pat...
