Re: Aftermarket Exhaust

;) Appreciate the effort and quick response (yer humor too :D ) I clicked and Oh man itsa DropBox! Dang I won't be signing up to a dropbox account. Tempting as it to hear the roar, I pulled away. Did others tune in to hear it? And...... By any chance is that Audio Clip processed yet? (I know we Mod...

Re: Rear Shocks

Even if you just use your bike for work you should be comfortable when riding. In any case, why be uncomfortable while riding to work? Correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't it that the softer the shock the more comfortable and smoother the ride is? The only problem is softer shocks bottoms quick in bigger...

Re: Rear Shocks

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. So I've had my PCX 125 for two years and thinking about swapping out the rear shocks, I find them far to soft. Can you recommend a good replacement that's fine on a 125? Thanks Dave Hi Dave, Did you get the YSS shocks in the end? I fitted a pair last week and I’m ...

Re: Gain more speed

You would think, but remember that the 125cc version is the most popular in Europe due to regulations, and in the Asian market Honda's goal was economy. Any extra "umph" in these engines comes from third party vendors. If Honda increased the engine size to 200cc there would still be rider...

Re: YSS now has decent price shocks avail...

Just bought a pair of YSS Shocks (TB222-315P-07-X) Adjustable and reportedly good for my (over)weight! Bought in the UK for £85. To be fitted tomorrow and then tested by me so I'll let you know how it all goes. They can hardly be any worse than the p*ss poor efforts that came with the scoot and whi...

Re: YSS shocks

So finished the major mods today, with the Bikerbitz YSS shocks going on. Following the DIY again, there were no surprises and just lots of bolts and screws to take it apart. I'll report on the ride and experience later... easy disassemble, once the underseat box comes out: http://i67.photobucket.c...

So much nicer to go over speedbump‘s and railroad tracks .....it is definitely an upgrade from the stock shock. Bikerzbitz Delivered these to me in fiv...

Welcome on board Colbecoz. Living in the UK I'm certainly jealous of both your weather and roads over in Spain! As you say, a scooter over there is a perfect mode of transport, just don't be tempted to pass on the protective clothing, gravel rash is not pleasant... Look forward to hearing more from ...

Aftermarket Exhaust

I have recently fitted a stainless steel aftermarket system from Black Widow on my 2016 PCX 125. Good fit, if a bit fiddly getting the manifold to line up with the studs! Nice sound - a bit louder than stock, meaning it now sounds less like a sewing machine. Build quality excellent and overall well ...

Love mine too BT, bought as a winter hack to save my Street Triple R from the salt ravages and now it’s in danger of becoming my go to vehicle for anything under 30 miles! Just fitted an aftermarket stainless exhaust system so plan on keeping it a while yet. Enjoy yours too. Sent from my iPad using ...

Treated my PCX

Decided to do something about the noise quality of my PCX125 earlier in the week. It now sounds less like a sewing machine [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES] https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190419/199d7493466682415d929a80bb642e87.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190419/ba172015032b5233b7eb90...

Re: anti theft measures for a Honda PCX 150 other than an al

Great to see Abus getting a mention. I have always used their security devices (shackle, disc lock and padlock & chain) on my motorcycles and never (touch wood) had one stolen. As for my PCX125, I'll probably stick with just the disclock for the short periods of time it's left unattended on the ...
