I like the look of flat black. BUT it's the definition of invisibility.

Wow, that Forza is Visible. Yes I capitalized the V on purpose. Is it just my tablet or is that a really peculiar, almost nauseating colour? I love being visible but yikes! I guess that could be the point...so job well done?

Re: k2apache's 6.0 2013 PCX Mod thread

Dash view includes clock, bikerz bar clamps, and bikerz master cylinder cover. These as supplied were a little too 'pyrimidal' for my taste so they were filed, draw filed, and wet and dryed before a final polish for the desired look. Also shown is the non chromed stem cover off a Forza, yes it fits...

Re: NOJ Quiet Rider- cut the wind buffeting

I bought a HJC CS-R2/CS-R3 Helmet Chin Curtain for cold weather riding but haven't event tried it yet. Hmm, wonder if it'd help for noise somewhat too.

Re: How-To: DIY Shorty Exhaust

I'm bumping this for the exhaust hole drilling lovers out there. :P LOL thanks chicaboo. I am so close to drilling! Apartment life doesn't really allow me to do much more than a cordless drill allows (but just pulled the exhaust system and wrapped it). dem0nkid, great job. Looks like a factory made...

Re: How-to: Exhaust heat insulation wrap on PCX 125

Ok, question for those in the know. Is there a bottom aero panel in some markets behind the plastic? Sure appears to be attachment points there.

May work on fabricating one out of aluminum to keep debris from hitting the wrap/exhaust.

Thanks all. Looks like my best bet is to use the factory location to have enough depth. Appreciate it!

Re: Exhaust end hole experience questions...

Well thanks everyone. I'm tempted by the look of the end holes but that internal end plate most likely would prevent any gain in flow. And also tempted with the inexpensive exhaust system above except it doesn't have a catalyst. I am again leaning towards sendler2112's exhaust bottom inside hole fur...

Re: Running lights

Thanks for the interjection k2. The three switchbacks I am considering are the 1157, 3157 or 7443. But they are definitely larger inside the housing than the tiny 194 bulb the post originator installed. Hence my curiosity on the depth available at this easier to install location. Dan, any chance you...

Re: Running lights

So I'm contemplating putting in switchback bulbs in these lenses. That way they act as DRL and additional turn signals. Hence the question about mounting depth maximums. Thoughts?

Re: Running lights

Dan, do you know the maximum depth a bulb could be and fit in the housing? Just wondering if you measured. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. So can you share your thoughts on the sound of this exhaust? Have to keep the wife happy (not too loud).

Thanks again!
