It will do no good to contact them now that the package has left their facility. I'll wait until I receive it before I contact them in case there are condition issues or other issues as well.

www.trackntrail.net in central PA has brand new 2014's for cheaper than you can buy used ones for. $2999 plus about $300 setup fee. I bought mine there last month. They have several left. (I replied to this instead of PM in case others might be interested.)

I am still testing different seat configurations before I wind up having a custom seat made, which will prolly be this winter because I don't have another seat to use in the downtime. So far I think I like it best just without the hump all together, but the unsightly holes in the original seat cover...

Welcome. I too recently bought a new leftover 2014 and I love everything about it but the seat. I'm working on that. I ran the serial number and my dealer had already taken care of the recalls. Awesome bike. Enjoy!

I did not lock-tite the bolts yet. When I fabricate something like this I usually wait until I'm completely sure I'm done fiddling and adjusting before I lock everything down. I'll prolly do that after I get a few hundred miles with it.
