I can confirm that the accessories are the same.
I've ordered a Givi E370N monolock topbox, the Givi E231 plate (specific for Honda PCX), and the Fabbri exclusive screen and i had no problems with installing them.

Are the accessories for the PCX 125 and PCX 150 the same.
I've ordered a red Honda PCX 150 which will be delivered within 3 weeks. I want to order a Givi D322S Windshield and a Givi E370 top box (in combination with the Givi E231 rear plate) in advance. These accessories are sold for PCX 125 ( 150 not yet mentioned). Can anyone confirm if this is possible ...
