You will love your new PCX. Don't be afraid to do your own maintenance -- there are lots of good tutorials here to get around ridiculous service bills. If I can do it, anyone can. Welcome to the forum!

Roberto, good find! Yes, I would recommend an oil change to start, based just on the age of the oil in the crankcase. The amount is so small that it hardly figures as an expense. Glad you found a good bike, hopefully at a good price! Post a photo!
