Re: NCY variator and rollers
Comments / any definitive results or just subjective. I know in the car world they sell numerous add ons to increase horsepower like exhausts systems , breathers, programming etc etc and so on.. After testing only produce marginal gains and sometimes less.Just wondering the true effectiveness of the...

NCY variator and rollers
I am noticing this setup seems to be preferred over Honda original equipment.I have never been a big supporter of aftermarket over original equipment. There is always a tradeoff it seems. How does this product really improve the overall operation. Is it really a noticeable improvement , or just margi...

Re: Rollers vs Sliders ? Which is better
The video shows lower and higher gear ratios minimally with the slider design, but also would require more replacement intervals for it to give you those same ratios consistently. The slider will wear down to roller dimension eventually and may even exceed the roller and increase ratio tolerances to...

Rollers vs Sliders ? Which is better
I know there are mixed feelings on this one, but to me a rolling wheel produces less friction than a sliding wheel, hence the rollers should be a better performer at its intended function (centrifugal force). Also would seem to me that a slider would wear faster and produce more surface contact fric...

I just connected a female socket to the battery and use male cigarette plug ins . You can attach a male plug to the battery tender or jump start from another car/bike using a male to male cig plug.

Re: Differences between 2013 and 2015 150 PCX
What mods would you suggest. I have a 2013 and was looking to mod it up a bit. I ordered another seat so far and installed a tall windshield. Appreciate all these comments.

Re: What has been your longest continual ride on the PCX?
I agree , the Burgman was very bulky in town, and the PCX is more nimble and actually more fun to ride, however I think it is based on a southeast asian dynamic where there are lots of scooters and less cars and speeds are urbanlike ie less than 45 and mostly in the 30 mph range , however capable of...

Re: What has been your longest continual ride on the PCX?
I don't think it was about any limitations. It was addressing comforts on a long distance trip.I personally think that based on its weight, size ,and seat design a long trip would be uncomfortable and the wind will be taxing to a rider in most cases. A 2 wheel bicycle is also limitless .

Re: What has been your longest continual ride on the PCX?
This scoot is awesome , nimble and just a fun bike to do the twistys and hills, but not for distance and not for highways. The seat is terrible and unless its modified will be hell and you will have a sore ass in short order. The other problem is the wind will beat you to death and you will constant...
