That's correct. The pictured screen is the mid height Givi shield. Depending on one's height it covers up to nose for shorter or slightly above mid chest for really tall folks. I'178cm and have the same shield (marked as Kappa, but essentially the same). I find it fairly noisy as the wind is buffet...

Hi, if I understood you correctly: the Givi screen will block the wind and flying things from hitting ones head only IF the top of ones head is Below the Screens top edge. This would mean that You would be looking through the screen and Not over it. Thus creating "the block" you mention/q...
