Maybe I should have clarified. By accessory power, I don't mean just what plugs into the accessory port. I mean any electrical load that didn't come from the factory. I have my accessories wired via a relay to an aftermarket fuse block.

Best to go by what Honda specify for the accessory socket on the new PCX LED - which I believe has a 5A in-line fuse (need to check on the circuit diagram or manual). The new battery is uprated but it's still a tiny battery so taking too much current will not do the battery or alternator much good....

Not sure about this - but I know I bought a USB adaptor and phone mount, plugged in and saw the charge indicator light up...but when using GPS for half an hour my iphone battery dropped from 99% down to 60%. I'm not happy, and I'm hoping it's more to do with the (cheap) USB adaptor than the 12V pow...

@yak -- That was one of my take-away's too. The margin is probably pretty low on a PCX vs a supersport or Harley too. I doubt the pros are out there targeting scoots. Meth heads are a whole other thing of course. They're thieves of opportunity.

I can't install an anchor where I live, so I built a deterrent using a plastic 55 gallon drum, some 19mm chain, rebar, and concrete. It should be pretty self-explanatory from there, but essentially I set the chain in concrete with rebar through the links for extra measure. There's approximately 483k...

Another tip: The screws may look like Philips and for the most part a Philips will work, but they're actually JIS. The geometry is just different enough that you can strip the head on tight fasteners. A set of JIS screwdrivers is worth adding to your toolbox.
