Seat

Even with the change in the seat and eliminating the hump for 15, I don't sit far enuf back due to a right hip disability. This seat works. A bit lower too. It is the Bitz "Seat design 7" Here is stock vs bitz, added bonus is the CF design in the new seat matches my other stuff.. Stock Sea...

Re: New PCX today!

So the mother load from biker bitz came today, seat, trays, fuel cover, etc.... look for pics all afternoon. First up is the metal side trays from H2C, but the way they come are too blingy for me: and the polished base will be scratched beyond comprehension in a few months: http://i67.photobucket.co...

wrap tail piece

So with the carbon fiber end cap on the Malossi exhaust, I thought I would key a few spots with 3M Di-Noc CF vinyl (amazon) . It looks great (IMO), if you do spots and not too much of it. And it's totally reversible, no damage done. The rear luggage panel is great spot for it. Need to re-roll edges ...

Re: New PCX today!

Just an update after 75 miles this morning on varying roads and traffic situations; these shocks are a huge improvement. Most notably when the bike is "recovering" from a speed bump or pot hole. It is much more stable and in control that the stock shock. My pre-set is about 15% of the avai...

Re: Belt and roller change

Like I said above the diff to me is a lot stronger "pull" from 0-5 mph, which is where I need it in south Florida traffic.

Re: Long Commute

Certainly the PCX can do it , but I think in the long run, you will tire with something this small.

YSS shocks

So finished the major mods today, with the Bikerbitz YSS shocks going on. Following the DIY again, there were no surprises and just lots of bolts and screws to take it apart. I'll report on the ride and experience later... easy disassemble, once the underseat box comes out: http://i67.photobucket.co...

Re: New PCX today!

Its more the procedure that the actual product that makes a good detail., they are all pretty good when you use the right technique. Basically on a PCX you can do a very fine polish and then any type of wax or Or sealsnt that you like. I personally like blackfire products, because they come off and ...

Malossi!

So after taking a quick look this seemed to be a 30 min deal and it was close. The exhaust came packed very well, it is outstanding quality and everything matched up perfectly. Note - you can see the exhaust studs much better from the other side thru the center stand. Even the pipe polishes up nicel...
