Your experience is showing with your solution, I suspect you have some special abilities.
Oh, I've definitely been told I was special before, though I'm doubtful it was ever intended to be a compliment.

Re: forum icon?
Mystery solved. Right click on any icon you wish to know the meaning of and select open image in new tab. The image name tells you what the icon is supposed to represent. Moving document, colored = Topic unread, hot Non-moving document, colored = topic unread Non-moving document, black dot = top unr...

My other ride, a modded 2013 Triumph Thruxton 900
I've been riding motorcycles for about 10 years now. The PCX I bought last year was actually my first scooter. After years on secondhand bikes of questionable reliability/safety, I bought this bike new in the Summer of 2013. Since then I've been working on making it more my own. Mods include: Intake...

According to their site, retail is $5290.
I'd pay good money for a list of their customers. They are clearly people with enough disposable income that they don't mind grossly overpaying for a product.

Re: forum icon?
I've spent far too long now looking for a little twisting document thing in the far left column.
I'm inclined to believe I do not have that icon, so it must mean something special.

Re: Scooter fatality
Best advice I ever had as a rider ... you are responsible for everything in a 100 yard radius, whether you are supposed to be or not. This is it. This is the mind you need if you ride in traffic. Of course it is not completely possible, but with this spirit you will not easliy be sideswiped or rear...

Your location tag taught me something new today. I'm a fellow Wisconsinite and had no clue that Mississippi meant father of waters.

Re: Scooter fatality
I understand that the newer larger pickup trucks like Ram are putting front bumper cameras on their vehicles so the driver can see directly in front and below the hood. A great idea..hope the tractor trailer and commercial trucks do likewise. Now lets hope the driver checks it out. IMO, that should...

Which Brembo caliper are you going to use?
Are you going to replace the master cylinder as well?
If you have success, I may have to follow in your footsteps.

Is the cheapest I've found for U.S delivery. I'm not sure if they do international or not.

Re: Seat won't latch
I have the same problem with both my factory and aftermarket seats. The rubber bumpers are definitely the problem as you have noticed. I'm also using the rubber furniture feet in place of the factory rubber plugs. The seat closes perfectly every time now. It's nice not having to think about it any m...

Re: Son laid down 2015 PCX, where do I get parts?
Procaliber is the cheapest source I've found for online parts for those that don't have a dealer nearby. http://www.procaliber.com/oemparts/#/l/hon/545bd446f87002231cd82704/2015-pcx150-ac-parts Also the cheapest source for the OEM rear box & mount I've found. I've been debating ordering one for ...

Re: NCY front fork
As far as the rear shocks go, how much do you weigh if you don't mind me asking? I was debating between the YSS and the NCY. How has the orange anodizing held up? Does it seem durable. The only thing keeping me from adding several orange NCY components to my bike right now is my concern over the dur...

Re: NCY front fork
I'm considering the NCY front forks as well.
I've inquired about them in the past and nobody seemed to be using them.
I'll probably bite the bullet and purchase/install them sometime over the winter.
If you end up getting them sooner, please post a review.

Differences between the Thai and US body panels & lights?
I unfortunately laid my 2013 PCX150 down last weekend and am in need of a few replacement panels + a few other odds and ends. Will the Thai body panels bolt onto my bike? I assume most of them will without issue. The ones that I question are the panels near the tail lights and the front fairings wit...

Re: Hit a pothole, handlebars look slightly off center. Help
Excellent result. I'd be tempted to wipe the bearing seal down and just keep an eye on it for a while That's what I've done. There was a decent amount outside of the seal so I'm a little worried there is no longer enough behind the seal. My factory service manual shipped today. I'll see what it say...

Re: Hit a pothole, handlebars look slightly off center. Help
Well I ended up pushing both forks all the way in since it was the only way I could get both of them even. The alignment is 99% fixed now. The steering bearings make noise but the scooter rides fine. Since I'm broke I'm going to live with it as is. Are the wheel bearings sealed units? On the brake s...

Re: Hit a pothole, handlebars look slightly off center. Help
Should the forks be flush with the top of the steering stem or inserted as far as they'll go?
One fork top was flush the other was pushed past.
If I knew which setting was correct, I'd be able to finish up for the day.
