Re: 2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 Adventure

There is always room for one more bike. :P I had three for a long time.

You wouldn't believe how spoiled that dog is already at ten months old. Extremely smart too.

Re: 2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 Adventure

Looks like some great weather for riding this week. I still have some more FARKLE's on order for the Versys. It just got some crash bars and a Madstad windshield. I could heat the insulated garage for work or just move the bike to the walk-out basement where the motorcycle lift is. Now that is a gar...

Re: 2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 Adventure

It is big enough that the dog and I can be in the rear master bedroom watching TV and my wife in the front living room (with her own TV, refrigerator, and bathroom lol) with the doors closed watching her show and not hear her yelling at me. It's our version of camping? :P https://i.imgur.com/g...

Re: 2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 Adventure

Remind me what the edit timeout is for again? Nothing like that exists on the dozen of technical forums I am also on except for the classifieds. For technical forums like this it is important to keep correcting the information as possible. That needs to be fixed. It's important to relax and stay out...

Re: 2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 Adventure

I love the double tow with the boat. lol We have to check out our camping spots a lot more with the monster fifth wheel. We can go dry camping with the two Honda EU2000 generators that run in parallel. I really struggle to call it camping with the DISH satellite and all. Lets see inside pictures and...

2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 Adventure

It is sad to report that I sold the PCX 150 and upgraded to a light adventure bike to complement the V-Strom. The New 2017 Kawasaki Versys X 300 is a great light weight but full sized adventure bike. I still love the V-Strom 1000 but now the wife and son can join rides on the Versys that more fits o...

Re: Upgraded my V-Strom 650 to a new V-Strom 1000

I have a Honda PCX for camping as well. Sometimes my wife drives the RV and I ride the V-Strom instead. It depends on how far we might travel from the campgrounds. I had a 2014 Honda Forza but sold it after I got a V-Strom 650 first. I like everything on the 1000 just a little better than the 650. I...

Re: Upgraded my V-Strom 650 to a new V-Strom 1000

I have been busy FARKLEing and just added a rear HD action camera to compliment the front one to capture the crazies and some OEM Euro decals from the UK. I found out Santa is bringing some handguards. A very short video of the rear camera test if you like garages. lol It doesn't starting moving unt...

Re: New Suzuki Burgman 200 and 400

I owned the Forza for a year and have ridden all three Suzuki's. At interstate speeds the Forza still out runs the Suzuki 200 easily. The 400 is the way to go IMO or the 650. I have seen some great deals on new but previous years 400s and 650s. Maybe 60% of MSRP. Go to a giant dealer for the best de...

No doubt that is by far the best color (colour lol) bar none on the planet and the fastest. I have a PCX and a VStrom in just that color or very close to it. :P
