Re: NSS 300 Fuel Pump Recall/Replacement: Success?

I just purchased a 400 mile Forza. I did the fuel pump recall and went through everything on the scooter replacing all fluids and consumable items.

It ran fine for 50 miles and now will randomly cut out or won't start. I'm going to restrip it and see if I did something wrong.

Re: Hurry Up and Wait

I work at a Honda dealership. I've been told by senior sales management that they cannot order unit and have no idea what is arriving. It's whatever American Honda sends in. I can tell you very few units are arriving, it is mainly ATV and SxS which are made in South Carolina. I've never seen it this...

2021 PCX 160

A few months ago I sold my PCX 150 with much regret. I'm looking at either the PCX 160 or the ADV 150.

What is the top speed of the new PCX and what mpg are people getting?

Are any ADV150 parts compatible with the PCX?

I was wondering what parts from the adv150 fit the Pcx.

Mainly I would like the front forks, rear shocks and handle bar. Any thoughts on this?

Malossi contra spring and clutch bell

I have the usual Variator, drive face, weights upgrade.

Does the malossi contra spring and clutch bell make much of a difference?

Crash bars/highway pegs

Does anyone know where I can get crash bars so I can attach highway pegs? I've seen a lot of pcx's with crash bars in Asia.

They look like the easiest way to attach highway pegs to the Pcx.

Re: Rough feeling on deceleration

Update on this issue. I had put the Pcx on the centerstand and accelerated but I couldn't replicate the fault. The clutch pulleys looked fine. I ordered a replacement driven face with new wheel bearings and the issue is still there. The scooter will ride fine at town speeds. Once I get about 55mph a...

Has anyone tried the ncy front forks on the pcx? Are they worth it?

Re: Rough feeling on deceleration

I removed the variator casing again. Belt, weights are all fine. Clutch bell is good, no signs of anything broken.

I took the scooter for a ride and the vibrations come at around 30 mph whether accelerating or decelerating. I'm wondering if it's the cam chain tensioner.

Re: Rough feeling on deceleration

The belt has been on there 2000 miles.

Last week when I pressed the start button it failed to turn over twice and then died after start up. It has been fine since then.

Rough feeling on deceleration

Today I reduced my speed from 60mph and there is a new feeling. Whenever decelerating above 55 there is a rough feeling coming from low down. It's hard to tell what it is I removed the variator cover and everything looked ok. The belt has been recently replaced. Accelerating is fine, it just as soon...

Drive Belt Failure

My pcx was at 14,500 miles. The belt failed tonight, hopefully no damage was caused. From now on I will replace belt every 10,000 miles instead of 15,000.

Re: CVT Carter destroyed

When I changed out my weights I failed to use a torque wrench. After a mile of riding that nut unscrewed itself and the variator ground itself through the casing like you have pictured.

Rear YSS Euro Shocks Noisy

When I ride over bumps I can hear some noise that I realized is coming from the read shocks. When I push up and move on the rear it makes squishy sound. They are yss Euro g shocks.

Re: Empty Shelves

It was a casualty a long time ago. Heck, I have heard that 'Ebonics' is going to be the next big thing in English classes. I also know that there are some high schools that are turning out graduates who can't read and write proper English. These same graduates get turned down for jobs because they ...

YSS front fork upgrade kit

My understanding is that the yss kit is for threaded forks only and the USA spec pcx uses circlips instead. I have read that there might be two versions of the kit. I have also read online that someone people ordered it and only the threaded kit arrived. Can someone please clarify this?
