Re: Where Is THe Cheapest Gas?

Those taxes always end up in the general fund so they can squander them. The oil analysts are already predicting gas will be back over $3 by the EOY. The 1%ers are buying up oil options now.

Re: NCY Variator, Face Plate, 13gr Rollers, Belt for 2013 1

I have been riding the Forza a lot lately but I took the PCX for a short spin yesterday with a friend with a Harley and that NCY setup really makes it accelerate like a Banshee. I don't know how long term belt wear will be but the performance improvement is really nice. I may have a gained a mph on ...

Re: My life's work....

Sorry to hear that Mike. You will find something. Just hang in there. I went through it about 25 years ago now at 32 years old with two very small children. I remember I owned a jet ski back then and went riding a lot on the river. So Homie - what is it you do? :P I made so many videos with that Mob...

I have yet to figure out who the NM4 would appeal to. Batman? I guess with 15M bikes a year you can test the markets.

A lot of those part guidelines on Amazon or Ebay are just plain incorrect. Use the Honda certified OEM part suppliers or the manual.

Re: How cold will you ride?

They said on the news we beat the record high set in 1943 by 2 degrees at 71 degrees. I guess they had global warming back then too. (anyone else see that the new report on the data used in studies to determine global warming was all adjusted up and the have the evidence? - So the scientists aren't ...

Re: Ride to the Big River In Southern Missouri

Today - Sunday is actually warmer than they predicted. Right now it says 71.6. I visited the Meramec river much closer to my home today. A fishermen was out in his bass boat and folks were walking dogs in shorts and a T-shirt. It was a surreal sight this time of the year. A local mining company open...

Re: How cold will you ride?

I was raised with two Polaris snowmobiles SW of Chicago in the 60s and 70s. It sure seemed like we had a ton of cold temps and snow back then. I used to build a toboggan slide out of snow on our big hill to the road. Sometimes we would run a hose down the paved driveway (250 feet long) and make it p...

Ride to the Big River In Southern Missouri

A few pictures on the way. About 115 miles round trip. There is a new winery under construction nearby my wife is excited about (Villa Antonia Winery) in Antonia, MO like we need another one in Missouri. The vineyards are on the other side of the lakes. It had just opened and is packed every time I ...

Wow. That stinky groundhog. :D We only had a high of 27 on Thursday and a low of 10.

Our official high hit 71 today but down to a high of only 60 :P tomorrow and then a cool off during the week. I must have seen over 30 bikes which is a ton around here.

My brother has been snowmobiling his heart out up in Wisconsin although he said it is 36 today and melting. :? Yep - image is too large and needs to be re-sized to the limit they put in the message. You can use any number of free programs to do it like Paint.net or use something like Photobucket which will resize it as well. The other option is to kick down the resolution on your camera which is saving all p...
