This is correct, only the strap. A word of warning... You can overheat the fuel pump if you run it dry. It's not designed to run dry ever, and if ANY debris at all is in your gas, it is more likely to get sucked in at the bottom of the tank. Good grief the only thing stock here is the muffler shield. Yep, he and his 5 twins build entire PCX's with aftermarket parts on stock muffler shields, nice.
