Re: OMG hideous

Re: This normal?

yep, if you ride it over the winter months the metal components take a beating. Mine is only 3 months old and its looking the same.

Could be worth a call to your local dealer to see what they say?

Cheap gear (UK ONLY)

Hey guys, Lidl have their motorcycle gear offers on again. It starts today and you can pick up many items pretty cheaply. Obviously quality isnt as high you would like but for the price it makes for some good backup equipment. http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/xchg/SID-3951C7D8-105F7200/lidl_uk/hs.xsl/o...

thats pretty awesome! My friend once coated his mk1 polo bonnet in Beano comics and laquered it over lol

I love my pressed plates, I get the UK legal ones made from Dubmeister. Never had any troubles with mine but I do keep my UK ones to hand.

Re: arrow exhaust

Ive been looking at aftermarket systems, the Arrow system is pretty high on my list.

Im assuming it will void your warranty? thats the only thing that is stopping me. That and the initial cost

Re: Motorcycle Helmets

I have a HJC IS-16 Touring MC 5, fits better than most Ive tried. Was pretty reasonable at £160.

Was looking at getting a flip up lid but none had the fit i was looking for.

*edit, it doesnt fit under my seat though!*

muffs are meant to be excellent although they can get in the way of your indicator switch & horn.

I will be getting some for next winter for sure. My fingers cant take the -3 deg mornings much longer
