You guys are just reinforcing my point. In the US, non-ABS is common, ABS is hard to find. In the rest of the world, non-ABS is hard to find, ABS is common.

Your gas gauge isn't defective, it's just a poor design. You have almost a full gallon above F, and a full gallon below E. Only the middle gallon of your tank will show up on the fuel gauge. Look at the Givi AirFlow screen, it's adjustable to a wide range of driver heights and positions. I have it and love it. Even at it's lowest position, it does a much better job of managing the airflow around your head than the Honda tall screen.
