If you think about it logically, when the ECU isn't getting coolant temperature information so can only guess what the actual temperature is, the safest thing to do is turn the ...

Prices vary from one market to another.
In the UK a Vespa 300 is listed at £5099, the Honda SH300 is £4940 so at the 300cc level there's almost nothing in it.

Re: Noob in Need of the expert advice!!
Bike A has been crashed. Avoid like plague. Bike B is an original and the absence of a centrestand means it almost certainly has broken crankcases. The stand mounts break off and in worst case can tear holes letting oil out. Avoid like plague. Bike C has too many miles clearly hasn't been looked aft...

Re: Coolant over flow?
Its a sealed system there isn't an overflow. The water pump shaft is a possible source of leaks, there's a weep hole under the water pump, if the water side seal fails coolant will drip from the weep hole. PCX expansion tanks are known to crack due to faulty manufacturing, how is yours looking, is t...

Re: Fork Oil Level?
Back in the day when I bothered about such things I remember there was usually a height measurement to fill to given in the manuals.
Quantity wasn't as important as getting the height of the oil in the tubes correct.

Don't know where you're getting 2/3rds of an SH from...?
Its every bit as good as an SH and has the advantage of air cooling for easier maintenance.
Have you seen the new 2020 SH? That thing is fugly.

Check the wires from the sensors are secure and haven't been chafing.
Wheelspin can also cause this, you been doing powerslides...?
Have you fitted non-standard tyres or stuck with the oem sized ScootSmarts?
