I found the site I got my variator and drive face from. It is http://www.corsportusa.com/scooter-parts/
The parts say they are for 2010 + Honda PCX 125 NCY drive face $29.00
2010 + Honda PCX 125 NCY Variator Set Special Gold $56.00
They work just fine on a PCX 150

Re: Getting a bit more OOMPH from my 2013 PCX 150
I did the work myself. All the rest of the bike is stock. Cost was less than $100. I got the parts online. I will have to dig up what site I got them from.

I also have a 2013 PCX 150. I installed a NCY variator & face plate and the rev limiter now kicks in at 79mph. I also used stock Honda variator weights and belt. I tried other weight but for me stock is best. You need perfect conditions to get that fast, like tail wind and down hill. I can cruis...

Re: From Honda motorcycles to a Honda scooter
To me the 14" wheels on the PCX are good size and don't take that much adjusting to get use to. The 10" wheels on scooters to me is a big adjustment. The bumps are harder on the PCX but I love the bike. I have put on almost 12,000 miles in 21 months.

I have 16,245 on my PCX150. I love this bike. I have named her Ella. She is just over 29 months old. I would have more miles on her but I have 3 other bikes to ride.

Here is a web site that talks about what I believe and live by on break-in. http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm As a ASE certified mechanic for more than 40 years I think I know what I am talking about. Everyone will have their own thoughts on this, no rights or wrongs.

Has the rollers and belt ever been changed? This is the first thing I would check. Valves been adjusted properly? Sparkplug changed and gapped properly? Tires stock size?

Re: Death Wobble
I have a 2013 PCX 150 and it will wobble but only if I loosely hold the handle bars as I slow down. This will happen at 27-29mph. After I changed the front tire it was much better. I also owned 3 other scooters (2) 2006 Honda Elite 80cc and a Buddy125cc that did the same thing at the same speeds. On...

NCY Variator, Face Plate/belt and roller wear
I installed a NCY variator and face plate on my 2013 PCX 150. I also installed new stock Honda rollers and belt. I would like to know if this set up wears the belt and rollers faster than normal. I ask this because I have a Honda 50cc Ruckus that I installed an after marker variator on and it now we...

Re: Side Stand Switch.
You can take the switch off the side stand. Have the side stand in the up position. Try to start the bike to make sure it is in the right position. Then tape the switch so it can't move from that position. Put the switch out of the way. Now you can put it back on easy and no wires to cut or splice. ...

Re: any idea
Have the valves been adjusted? This could cause lower top speeds, hard starts, less mpg and more problems. Some people have had belt problems at less than 1000 miles. Most belts will last more than 10k. I changed mine at 11k and it was still in good shape.
