Re: High pressure radiator cap *found*
Has the ever been a report of one over-heating? Yes plenty of reports... He will need that when he installs the bore kit, over heating is big concern with big bore upgrades As of now my pcx is the stock bore, with minor mods. Intake, gutted and shorten exhaust, NCY variator. I do tons of freeway ri...

Re: Compression test 90PSI???
Honker, That is correct as i've read that page over and over. But what stumps me as you should be able to do a compression test while the motor is cold. But besides the fact, they state 159.3 at 850rpms. But i don't even think the starter can even crank the motor over that fast. I find the book to b...

Re: How-To: Integrated turn signals in USDM headlights
yes there is a set of holes in the lower section of the light for DRL's. But to install them i would still recommend taking the lights apart. Then you can fine tune the sockets to fit correctly. Not to mention it's impossible to get all the plastic shaves out with them sealed. they come apart really...

Re: Anyone try the TPR Racing 174.8cc big bore kit?
I noticed the gaskets and thought it looked familiar. Didn't the multi-piece gaskets prove to be a problem with the Yuminashi kits? I'll admit that was my one issue with this kit when I found it. Contact Kevin at Steady Garage and ask them what they used on Longballer's green ruckus powered pcx bui...

High pressure radiator cap *found*
Gents, After doing some cross checking on part numbers the Honda CRF-250R 2013 model uses the same radiator cap as the PCX 150. OEM Honda part# 19037-GEE-710. If you would like to upgrade to a 1.6 BAR High pressure cap you can grab this one here locally in the United States directly from the vendor....

Compression test 90PSI???
Guys, Just did a compression test on my motor since it doesn't seem to have the power it once had. I did a compression test and hit 90psi on the gauge. I'm thinking it maybe time for a rebuild and go big bore. Question is the starter doesn't continue to crank over and over. So i'm wondering if i sho...

Re: PGM-FI Controller for first generation PCX150 (KF12)
The Yuminashi/APITech seems too good to be be true here. 3 areas of fuel adjusting. Universal ignition angle adjusting. All that with a narrowband O2 sensor and the chance the stock ECM will fight back to get control. I'll try to get one and test the stability of it. the ECM / ECU will not take con...

Injectors are rated for flow not hp. I guess you could look at it this way.

Re: PGM-FI Controller for first generation PCX150 (KF12)
With all respect, Reggy is running a great marketing company rebranding products from other manufacturers. This is still great - many others does this. The riching and leaning is a function of the parts used and it is always relative. The leaning is caused by the fact that the factory ecu keeps a s...

PGM-FI Controller for first generation PCX150 (KF12)
This is technically a piggy back Fuel Injection controller. If you're really thinking about build a motor this is something you may want to invest in, until they actually make a Full Standalone ECU.
