I don't know about the "best" but I use the stock roller weights in my NCY variator and get 79mph when the rev limiter hits.

Of course, even cheaper would be to just pick up some DR Pulley sliders and use the stock variator on my 2nd PCX. Except, not sure what weight sliders to use. Stock contra spring with NCY variator and 12g rollers will yield 77mph on a 150 So is this what you're using then?
