Re: Gravel Roads
We have on occasion taken our scooters onto dirt roads, but we rode them very carefully. Even the best riders won't ride on gravel roads with no concern for what is under their wheels, but with care you should have no problems. There is a plastic pan on the bottom of the scooter that will protect m...

Re: Plastic Parts / Poor Suspension
I see what you're saying. My greatest concern is Honda made the bike with bad suspension yet also did not take into consideration the stress the additional shock force would put on flimsy plastic parts. Something as stupid as a quarter-sized piece of plastic coming off while riding and lodging itsel...

Heated Grip Install
Dealer said they might charge up to $230 to install heated grips depending on complexity of install. Though I would never just allow such a high charge, it would be good to get some advice here on which are the most straightforward heated grips to install for the 150... I'm looking at Oxford's and I...

Re: Heated Grips for PCX - recommendations
I try to travel at off-peak times and on side roads where I have control over more stops than I would in traffic. When I go on 100+ mile trips is when heated grips would really earn the money. Generally, it takes icy winds at 45+ mph for my winter gloves to become useless. That is when not even heat...

Re: Plastic Parts / Poor Suspension
I am a new owner recently , however I've been in motorcycles for 35 or 40 years, and I was very surprised how bad the stock shocks were… I replaced with a simple YSS set, and it was a much better ride immediately , it handled potholes better, never bottoming out. I am 240 pounds. I think the stock ...

Plastic Parts / Poor Suspension
Sorry about the title! Maybe someone can help me reword it... Anyway, the PCX-150 after 10k miles or so is holding up very well performance-wise. You probably already knew this -Honda makes a great product. My question(s) have to do with the extent of the fragility of the critical components. I'm ju...

Re: PCX-150 Question about collision damage
Could you provide a bit more description on what a pod filter is? I tried a google search but I was still not sure what I was looking at.
Is this a disposable unit as opposed to the standard air filter box?

PCX-150 Question about collision damage
Was smacked by an oncoming vehicle on the left side of the bike. Scratches, dings. The only major damage was the case holding the air filter. I'm assuming that's fairly important -but my question is exactly what will happen if I ride around while the case is still half off? It's actually broken in h...

Gravel Roads
First and foremost reason I got the pcx-150 is the gas mileage and the nimble feel with a straightforward look. Anytime I need to port around town it's a no-brainer. Saves money and adds fun. Now, talking about road trips I've taken it out on the highway and it works fine. I don't feel the need to b...

New PCX-150 Rider Here
Howdy folks! It's good to have a forum to discuss the PCX ....I'm sure I will learn quite a bit here. When I get a good picture of my bike I will post it. Not that I purchased it to drive in the snow, but the inclement weather is coming up soon. Just black ice today, and the bike handled itself marv...
