Sounds like the Forza or a used Burgman 400 or Majesty might be the best solution for a bigger guy. But if the OP is really looking for the absolute minimum bike for the job, but needs a little more scooter than the PCX for under 5K, then maybe the SYM HD200 or a used Reflex could fit the bill. Got my black PCX 150 3 weeks ago, and I'm at about 290 miles. Absolutely love it! I'm 5-9 and about 165 with a 31-inch inseam, and she fits really well.
