Re: how accurate is the speedo

People are too trusting on the GPS units. So many factors affect there accuracy, how many satellites are connected, the precision of the timebase in the GPS unit and your latitude in relation to their orbit. The fact that two speedos are wrong makes me think there is an error in your reference, as l...

Re: Rode the Forza Today...

Hi Mr. Superchiken. I have a 31" inseam and can flatfoot the Forza just fine. It is a very comfortable bike and it loves the open road and will do your 55mph easily with lots to spare. Took mine on a nice 70km ride this afternoon in the rural area out of Oshawa and had a hoot, other than coming...

Electrical problem.
First thing make sure the terminals on the battery are tight and that the main fuse is not cracked.

Re: Hello to the Group

Since it was a beautiful sunny 26C out this afternoon, I decided to go for a ride to Port Perry on lake Scugog. It's about a 55km run up and back from my place. Fully enjoyed the out of the city run. The Forza handled the roads just fine. 80kph all the way. At times if I wasn't paying attention I wo...

You cannot really tell from the pics, but the finish is actually Pearl. Looks nice when clean and polished. They only did it for 86.

Hi ScooterKim.
After the Helix, then to experience that short windshield on the Forza, then back to a tall windscreen, is just rider bliss. :D

Re: Hello to the Group

Under the cover is my 1986 Honda Helix that the Forza replaces. If I had a garage I would keep it, to do the proper restoration that it really needs. It has been a nice bike and I hope I can find a good home for her. http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o625/wanderer60/Photography%20Hobby/Old%20Scoot...
